Instead we use selected European spice mixtures resulting in honest celiac safe smallgoods. We also pride ourselves to not using meal based mixtures containing gluten or wheat. This family heritage has given rise to our core value to produce only top quality smallgoods at prices affordable every day. For this reason we don't wholesale meat cuts, meaning all premium cuts of meat are used to produce our smallgoods ensuring unsurpassed quality and taste. Thanks to this versatility our smallgoods enjoy a deep market penetration throughout South East Queensland. Specialising in sliced cryovaced smallgoods enables us to distribute varying quantities to large and small retail outlets alike.
