Chris, like Maree, is a teacher at heart and loves nothing more than assisting others reach their potential. Chris has been a Board member of MASTA QLD and maintains a strong interest in the direction of the Martial Arts for the future. What he likes most is watching people achieve. He has been around the fitness industry for 25years. Chris has studied Karate Do for 28 years now, and more recently the Filipino Elusive Warrior System. His first instructor introduced him to cross training in 1986 and he has been hooked ever since. Chris Clayton - Chris started out in Martial Arts in 1981, studying Karate Do and - as you do - did the Boxing and Kickboxing thing along the way!. Diploma of Reflexology. In 2000, Maree returned to the fitness industry as a trainer and has since become a highly sought after Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. Maree has studied Martial Arts since 1995 and continues to train in Karate Do and the Filipino Elusive Warrior System. During those group fitness years Maree also discovered resistance training, which is an integral part of her personal training program and another facet of her lecturing. Maree developed an interest in freestyle group fitness approximately 25 years ago, and not only continues to conduct sessions but now lectures and delivers training to others.
