The firm quickly established itself as a professional team with tall standards of customer service in Toowoomba and surrounds and has become a prosperous and growing practice. Melody has a keen understanding of the needs of small business clients as her husband is the owner of a successful local insignificant business. Interests: Melody enjoys spending time with her young family especially in the great outdoors. Experience: Rhonda has been part of the Ridgway Accounting team since 2007. Experience: Vanessa joined the Ridgway Accounting team in September 2004 and after a two and a half year break to try her hand in company accounting has returned to public practice bringing her experience of that role back to the team. He has substantial experience in providing taxation, compliance and business accounting services. After active in various positions, he returned to tertiary studies, and completed his Masters of Professional Accounting through the University of Southern Queensland shortly before joining the Ridgway Accounting team. Interests: Andrew's interests include music (particularly hard and heavy rock), collecting vinyl records, yo yo's and he thoroughly enjoys a good knock knock joke. Experience: Monique joined the Ridgway Accounting team (part-time) in 2014. Interests: Regina loves spending time with her young (but large) family. Vicki became portion of the Ridgway Accounting Team in 2014. Interests: Vicki enjoys spending time with her family and is interested in travel, craft, reading and bargain hunting. Leah enjoys working with the Financial Planning team to aid clients in achieving their Prosperity Creation goals. Experience: Joining the Ridgway Financial Services team in 2008, Grant takes great pride in providing quality financial planning advice and mortgage booking services to our valued clients. Interests: Jane enjoys spending time with friends and family, and is currently studying Assistance Dog Training.
